H is for Home

While perusing flickr the other day I came across H for Home, a London-based company that sells the most colourful & lovely housewares from the 1950s-1970s. I can only dream of coming across some of these items at my local thrift store... I think most of their products are Scandinavian in origin so it's unlikely we would find them in the U.S. If the currency exchange wasn't so awful I would request the items below for my birthday!

1960s aqua utensil set.

1950s bread bin

1960s tea set

1970s bathroom scale

Mustard alarm clock

Just to clarify for you H is for Home aren't based in London - they are based in Todmorden which is in the North West of the UK. Just down the road from me actually!

Oooh, I love that scale! Even if something's expensive, if it's something I really want I'll occasionally go for it (that is, when I have the money!) I say put aside a fund of loose change or something, and maybe you can get some more pieces eventually.
